Swim Lessons
Our American Red Cross certified instructors teach a variety of swimming lessons for every age in your family including: Learn-to-swim, Parent/tot calsses, Adult lessons, Scout Merit Badges, Adaptive, Lifeguard/swim instructor readiness programs and Diving.
This program is designed for infants 6 months old to toddlers 3 years old. The program is intended to obtain comfort in the water as well as to provide the parent with the necessary knowledge and skills to orient the child to the aquatic environment. The course is an excellent way to get your children ready for our Learn to Swim program.
Class sessions are the same as Learn to Swim dates above.
Parent – Tot Schedule
Parent - Tot classes follow the same schedule as our learn to swim lessons. Class times and availability may vary. Please call (801) 298-6220 or check back online two weeks prior to start of session.
This class is designed for the mature teen and adults swimmers of all ability levels to enjoy the opportunity to learn new strokes, techniques, and refine current skills. We offer a beginner level as well as an intermediate stroke improvement class. Participants have 30 min of instruction and 30 min of practice time on your own.
Pricing: Members $32 Non-members $34
Times: Tues/Thurs @ 6pm (beginner) or 6:30pm (intermediate)
Schedule: Adult swimming lessons are twice a week.
Class dates and length of class/session follow regular swim lesson dates.
This special needs program consists of ten 25 minute private (one on one) swim lessons. Participants receive individual instruction according to their experience and ability in the water. The program runs with regular swim lessons and when possible, students are mainstreamed into the appropriate swim level. It is an excellent training and preparation for Special Olympics competition or opportunity for those with special needs to learn to swim.
