This is a program that will help you if you are looking for a specific exercise program to meet your goals.  This is open for anyone who is looking to get healthier and more fit as well as athletes training.  Our personal trainers will be able to provide an exercise program specific for your personal needs!

Want the most out of your fitness to enhance your life?  Come try a private fitness lesson from our Fitness Coordinator.  Refine your skills for cardio fitness, cycling, figure skating, dance, sport conditioning and strength training. Specializing in yoga, pilates, cardio fitness, weight training, cycle, dance, cheer, and stress reduction. 

Price:  $45 per session
