Water Fitness Classes

Do you want to get your exercise at the start of the day before your work begins?  Come join us for an accelerated risk-free conditioning class in our pools.  Our deep or shallow water classes are designed for the progressive woman or man to address their cardio, strength and endurance exercise needs.  Our experienced AEA certified instructors are waiting to help you begin your day!

Water fitness classes are a great and fun way to get yourself moving and increase your fitness ability and level. They are open for all ages and abilities and are drop-in classes allowing you to come when you desire. Simply pay your entrance fee to come to the class or if you have an annual membership it is included in your membership fee.

The format of each class is a gradual warm-up, an aerobic workout for cardiovascular fitness, a cool down period, followed by stretching and toning exercises.
