 * monthly memberships are done through electronic fund transfer (EFT) and require a 12 month agreement.  Monthly convenience fees and tax are included  in the EFT draft price.  There will be a $30 registration fee at time of agreement.

Membership Definitions

~ Family:  1 or 2 adults and up to 5 children who are immediate family and claimed as 
   dependents, as per IRS standards. Additional family members are $25 each.
~ Couple:  Two individuals who share the same household
~ Senior Couple:  Only one spouse must meet the senior requirements of being at least 
   60 years of age
~ Resident:  Anyone residing in Centerville, Bountiful, West Bountiful, Woods Cross, or 
   N. Salt Lake

~ Non-Resident:  Anyone who resides in any other city not listed in the “Resident” 
   definition
