Bachelors’ degree in Lifestyle Management with emphasis in Fitness from Weber State University. Health and Fitness Instructor certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Has obtained various aerobic certifications such as spinning, Pilates, yoga and resist-a-ball, and has instructed classes including cycling, kickboxing and Mommy and Me. Will help obtain lifetime health and fitness goals by keeping clients’ workouts interesting and fun while helping them establish healthy eating habits.

Believes being healthy is obtaining an overall fitness level, getting proper nutrition, and managing stress properly. She provides a combination of hard and knowledgeable workouts so her clients have information they need to maintian a healthy lifestyle. She is also passionate about working with postpartum women to help them have a healthy body image and get back into shape.
Bachelors degree from University of Utah in Exercise and Sports Science. Certified personal trainer and certified from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Triathlon All-American Honers 5 times and 2 time qualifier in the Ironman World Championships. Specializes in: Weight Loss, Strength Training, Endurance Training & Nutrition, Running Technique & Injury Prevention, Triahtlon Training (all levels), 5k-Marathon Training and Swim Technique.
Associate Degree in Health and Exercise Science- Utah Career College. National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) certified. Able to assess people’s body composition and fitness abililties. Helps clients lose weight, gain core strength, have better posture, increase muscle hypertrophy, and have better overall health. His ability to train the different energy systems needed for different acitivities allows athletes to excel in specific activites. Also educated in Kinesiology and Nutrition.

Majoring in Exercise Sports Science at the University of Utah. Certified in Apex Training and Coaching. Certified instructor for 10+ years through Aerobic Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in aerobic instruction. Certified Pilates Instructor, Precision Indoor Cycling Instructor, Senior Fitness, Kid/Teen Fitness, Boot Camp Trainer, and has taught various formats here at the rec center. Andrea will help you obtain your fitness needs and goals through challenging workouts while educating participants on proper use of form as well as nutrition to complete your overall healthy lifestyle.
